Use the "Four Capture Criteria" and ask yourself:
Does this inspire me?
Is it useful?
Is it personal?
Is it surprising?
If the answer to any of these is yes, capture it.
Embrace various capture methods: Utilize note-taking apps, web clippers, voice recorders, or even simple pen and paper to capture thoughts at the moment.
Don't overthink it: Focus on getting the information down first and worry about organizing it later.
